The Foundation for the Future Generations was founded in 1998. It is a Belgian non-profit organization, which contributes to the development of a more sustainable world. Their ambition is to reduce the gap between people and planet and between present and future generations. They attach great importance to innovation in the field of sustainable development, one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century. The organization has 3 main objectives: Support initiatives who offer answers to the present ecological and social challenges; Stimulate a social debate by bringing together different companies and organizations and act like a convener; Increase citizens’ participation. The Foundation also raises and manages funds to pass on a liveable world for everyone.
