WHY THIS SYMPOSIUM ?

Economic and financial crises, environmental concerns, social changes ... lead to a negative and pessimistic vision of the economy. It is obvious that addressing the economy in a different way, a more human way, with common sense will put society and economy in harmony.

Different ways of doing business, which integrate society values, already exist. So far many entrepreneurs have understood that this is the best economic model. The pioneers of positive economy have developed a profitable business that brings a tangible contribution to the challenges of our society.

WHAT IS A POSITIVE ECONOMY?

A positive economy is another approach to the economy, which respects human, social and environmental values. An economy in harmony with society and the world around us.

With this symposium, Positive-Economy.eu, a project aimed at promoting positive economy, introduces you to the new generation of positive entrepreneurs.

The program of events features debates, testimonials and workshops.

Over the morning: Belgian and European entrepreneurs, coming from different types of businesses (start up, SMEs, or and multinationals) will explain the reasons and methods they have used to integrate society values in their core business.

During the afternoon: eight different workshops will give the audience the key steps to look forward. Our high quality speakers will demonstrate during the whole day that creativity and innovation are at the center of this new type of economy.
